Our “Built on Your Lot” Process in Westfield, IN
Getting to know you. The first step to starting on your journey to building your Bespoke Luxury Home is a Discovery Session. We like to call our first meeting together a Discovery Session simply because that is what we do during this time. We both will take the time to Discover the wants and needs of the build, wants and needs of you the clients' expectations, and through this meeting we can build on next steps moving forward to make sure we are both a good fit to work together. Elite Bespoke Homes wants your experience to be a stress free pleasant building experience that you will want to tell your family and friends about for years to come.
After the initial Discovery Session and agreeing that we are a good fit to work together the fun begins! The first thing we will start working on together are preliminary drawings unless this has already been completed by your architect prior to our meeting. Once drawings are completed after multiple revision sessions in our Design Center we will send your plans out to obtain bids from our preferred suppliers and sub-contractor partners.
Once the bids are received and compiled typically in 2-3 weeks, we will then meet again to review the budget in detail.
Upon the budget being approved we will then move forward with obtaining all necessary permits.
Once the building permit is received, we will break ground and start on the journey to building your Elite Bespoke Home!!!
